How to change the brake light on 2014 cam spyder St without removing the sport rack?

I apologize for the delay and hope I can assist you with your question.

My experience on your exact model is somewhat limited but as no one else has responded I will try to help you.

Can you remove the wheel well panel (held on by 7 Torx screws under the taillights) without removing the rack?

If you can then partially remove right rear side panel by removing the 2 plastic rivets under the seat
Push a flat head screwdriver under rivet head, turn screwdriver about 1/4 turn to lift it up then do the same for the rivet body underneath.
Remove the Torx screw behind the lens & the 1 beside the
lens under the rear tip

Then replace the bulb & reassemble
