2011 Fat Bob - When riding I do not have gauges and the turn

Customer Question

2011 Fat Bob - When riding I do not have gauges and the turn signals and brake light do not flash. They are on as they should be but do not flash. The gauges are on when I put the bike in start but go away when the bike starts.

it could be voltage related or a vibration induced wiring problem.

it's best to check the voltage first.

measure the battery voltage under the following conditions:

- ignition OFF.

- ignition ON.

- with the tart button depressed.

- with the engine at about 2,000 rpm (fast idle).

let me know what you find.
