I just got my 2001 Road King back from a Harley Davidson dealership put less than a hundred miles and the bolts came loose in the sprocket they changed the back tire it broke off all bolts and the sprocket should this be the dealerships fault maybe overtighten the belt?

Yes, this should be on them. The tire was either placed on with too much belt tension, misaligned or a combination of both. Sprocket bolts will not break unless placed in extreme shear.
