Welcome to JustAnswer

Is the light flashing & what does the digital display show please?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The light is just flashing the engine symbol on my dashboard
Expert:  Bike-Doc replied 1 year ago.

This can happen because brake is sticking or was applied while accelerator was open, there are other reasons

Is the brake sticking / dragging?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Not that i am aware of. I can check though.

OK I will await your reply

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It went away when i put it in reverse and then started to drive it so.
Expert:  Bike-Doc replied 1 year ago.

Flashing engine light indicates that the Control Centre has put the vehicle in 'Limp Home' mode

This can be caused by the brake being applied or sticking while in drive (as mentioned) or it has a major engine or VSS failure

So it looks like you are in luck as long as it doesn't happen again

Please update me on the situation when you can

Hope I helped somewhat

I just rode the bike and she is all good..

It must have been the brake then as anything else is major & manual states :-

Have the vehicle transported to the nearest authorized Can-Am roadster dealer

Glad to have helped
