Just bought a Kawasaki eliminator that was running fine

Just bought a Kawasaki eliminator that was running fine yesterday but the key was broke off in the ignition so I cut it off in order to hot wire it and nowvit won't crank

The ignition switch contains resistors the change the voltage in your bikes electrical system, "hot wiring" the bike will result in damage the expensive electrical components. You will need to either replace the switch assembly or remove it and take it into a locksmith who should be able to remove the key and make you a replacement.
