Honda shadow 750c was running the engine and the dip sick

Honda shadow 750c was running the engine and the dip sick popped out. Wasn't screwed in tight after i check oil. Engine stalled no oil came out. Now engine will not start. It turns over but doesn't start

Initially, proposed preliminary tries and then tests(if have not been done) with the use of a multi-meter as shown in the link below.

You answer is not an answer. Can you please tell me in laymans terms what you think the problem is. Considering i paid for this

Either no spark or a fuel issue.

Fuel is new. Bike has only 20.000k
As stated bike started no problem and run for 20 min idle when the dip stick pop out due to not tight and the motor stopped. After placing stick back bike will not start. Motor turns over but does not start. Motor stall would be because lost oil pressure. Checked plugs. All good. Checked fuses all good. Fuel is new. Half tank used since last fill up.

As a test/process of elimination; did you check the sparkplug end immediately after attempting to start?

Was the tip wet with fuel?
Was a spark test performed?
If both are present, then possibly an internal engine issue.
Would you have a compression test of the cylinders?
