Customer Question

Ihave a 1996 FLHTCUI, the fuel pump would not come on, when I was pryinh off the fuel pump relay, with the ignition on I accidentally shorted 2 of the terminals and the pump ran and the bike started right up, so I replaced the relay but still would not work unless I manually shorted the the terminals, I checked all the wiring and the coneections that I could get to and do not see anything wrong, I also replaced the ECM relay thinking that it might be what triggers the pump, but still no luck
