A little (ok maybe a lot) more info may be helpful. Do you have the stock carburetor? Is the gas fresh?Have you tried starting fluid?Does it make any attempt to start?Have you made any recent changes or modifications?Do you have a compression gauge to know exactly what the compression is in each cylinder? How did you set the timing? Also, what is the voltage at the coil while the bike is cranking? You may have an air leak behind the carburetor or a timing issue. These are usually accompanied by a backfire or some signs of life. Thanks, P.J.
