Hi and welcome back to JustAnswer,
Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...
Initially, if have not been tried; inspect the battery & ground lines and/or check/clean the battery cables + terminals as a preliminary consideration. Better yet, have the battery externally charged and then load tested (even if new and just for the purpose of eliminating it as a suspect).
Still, attempt to start again with throttle partially open. Then proposed preliminary checks (if have not been done) :
• carefully remove the sparkplug;
• check if the tip is wet with fuel; and then
• cautiously perform a spark test;
• results would indicate:
- if not wet or overly wet, then fuel delivery issue;
- if no/weak spark then electrical/ignition concern;
• consider replacing the sparkplug(s).
Please post back results / observations of the above once tried.
