VerifiedTo make sure I understand the issues; When turned on the speedometer should "self test" then all indicator lights on its face should go out and numbers be present in the odometer area. It isn't doing any of this correct? Also, the bike will start but not run past 3 seconds? Everything else seems to work properly? Thanks, P.J.
