The engine is fuel injected. I repaired the bike recently and drove it about 30 miles with no problem. Then it broke down these are the series of events that took place.
your engine requires 3 things to start and run.
- timed ignition (spark)
- a proper air/fuel ratio (fuel)
- compression.
I don't know what "profusely pouring out of the spark plug holes" means. there should be fuel pumping out of a spark plug hole if the engine is cranking and the spark plugs are removed. this is why we check spark with spark testers and not by grounding the plug on the head......you are very lucky.
