can a 1997 Honda shadow 600 cdi box be wired to a 1993 Shadow 1100 if so how do you wire it to make it run proper

Hi, and thank you for letting me try and assist you with your problem.
You can't do this.
The timing curve for one thing is different and you can't change that.
Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, etc are very intent on reusing parts on multiple machines if it works out because it saves them hundreds of thousands of dollars in engineering, development, manufacturing, and distribution to do so.
If the 93 100 module wold work on a 97 They would be the same part number and the wouldn't be over a hundred dollars difference in price. And honda would proudly advertise that they will work on both units.

If both bikes were a 600 then it would work. but 600 to 1100 will not.

IT was a 1100 1993 and a 600 1997 both honda shadows

Yeah still doesnt' matter.
They are totally different. If they were both the same displacement it would work but not going from 1100 to 600 or vice versa.
