hello and welcome
the fuel screw that is external to the carb, with float bowl still installed is the fuel mixture screw. this is to not be left screwed in completely. lightly seat this screw in, then turn out to 2.5 turns out for a good starting point. when tuning, to richen the idle mixture turn this screw out, and to make the idle mixture leaner screw in.
the pilot jet is inside the float chamber. it is accessed by removeing the float bowl and it is to be screwed in all the way.
