remove and install front and rear wheels on 1999 RM125 suzuki dirtbike

OK, you are not changing tires, you are taking the wheels off the bike. Wish I had known prior to that detailed answer.
Place the bike on a suitable stand to hold the wheels off the ground
Loosen the axle nut and remove the nut.
On the forks, loosen the pinch bolts for the axle.
Remove the axle from the forks and wheel.
Remove the wheel from the forks.
On the rear wheel, do the same thing but once you get the axle out, push the wheel forward to get the chain off the sprocket.
Installation is the reverse of the removal process.
Make sure you get the axle nuts tight and axle pinch bolts.
If you have trouble getting the disc in between the brake pads, you can GENTLY pry them apart with a flat blade screw driver. After you do that, you will need to pump the brakes up before you ride it to get the pads back in contact with the disc.
Double check your chain adjustment when installing the rear wheel.
Make sure all the fasteners you loosened are tight, and you should be good to go!
