VerifiedGood Afternoon, my name is ***** ***** ill be helping you, so sorry to hear about the issues here on the Lancer, i know dealing with electrical issues can be difficult to do so especially once we have already replaced all those components. now i pulled up the wiring diagram for both the turn signals and the hazards, now for both the flashers and the turn signals to go out all at the same time theres only a few possibilities. the bulbs are grounded at different locations and its very unlikely that multiple switches and wires failed at the same time. the only component that makes sense here is that the ETACS ECU built into the junction block under the drivers side of the dash has failed since this is responsible for powering all the bulbs for both the flashers and the signals. i see that we have already replaced this now this is a component that usually goes bad so if it was a used unit i would suggest we try another one, now i also recommend just to be sure that we check the wiring that connects to that fuse block to ensure that there is no damage or no corrosion that would rop the voltage, i attached the wiring diagram for us to use, let me know if you have any further questions, im here to help!
