Pulled a plug didn't look bad

Okay at 60.000 miles timing belt ,seals, plugs valve cover gaskets ,water pump ,ass belt and rollers should be done .

This includes a throttle body clean out which could be the P0638 Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit Range/Performance Problem in some case a clean out can solve the P0638 code .

The O0301 is a misfire on cylinder 1 . could be a spark plug ,injector ,mechanical issue like a burnt valve low compression etc

But i have seen a good tune up with throttle body service sort this issue out .

In the case of or after you do the service you still have the P0638 code then the connections and wiring should be checked on the throttle body , as in some case you may have a bad throttle body .

If this is the case then a deeper diagnostic check should be done .

This is not a one answer and done i will stay with you until the problem is sorted out .
Please do not forget to leave positive feedback by clicking on the 3 to 5 stars at the top of your page, i'm not employees of the site and get no credit for spending time with you unless you leave positive feedback.
