Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If you have no spark, no fuel pump operation and a scan tool will not communicate with the engine controller then the controller is down for whatever reason. It could be a loss of power or ground to it or an internal failure.

If no fuses are blown then the next step would be to test the ECM power and ground feeds. If one is missing then the offending circuit will need to be investigated further.

If the powers and grounds are present then the ECM can be condemned.

I hope that helps! My goal is your satisfaction today. If you feel I've been professional and helpful, your 5-star rating at this time is most appreciated. However, if you still need my help you can reply back here and I'll respond as soon as possible! Thank you!
