Welcome, I'm Chris (aka Moose), my normal schedule online is around lunch and after dinner till early morning.
What you see and what I see are different things. You should of paid a total so far for the question value. The website may be asking you if you want to also have a call service or sign up for a subscription plan. Again none of that I can see.
I assume the issue is no backup lights.

The switch is on the right rear of the transmission. Can you verify that switch shows both wires grounded when in reverse?

You need a picture of the back lamp switch?
What liter engine do you have?
There is only a stand alone back up switch on the manual transmission. On the automatic the range sensor/fluid temp sensor combo on the valve body is the back up switch.
I know it is an automatic which is why I provided the files for an auto trans
Do you see the links I sent showing the range sensor which turns on the back up lights?
