Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are several things that can cause a no start condition and it will take some testing to determine what is going on. You could be missing spark or fuel due to something such as a cam or crank sensor or the fuel pump, the problem could be an exhaust restriction or cam timing, it could be a failure of the engine controller itself.

Do you have a scan tool to see if the ECM will communicate?
Do you hear the fuel pump run when the key is first turned on?

Is that the only cylinder without spark?
