It sounds like you have a blown head gasket. You need to do a compression/cylinder leak down test to see qhat cylinders are being affected.
Too much coolant is getting into the cylinders and starving it for fuel.

Most parts stores will loan a compression gauge to you for a deposit and tell how to operate it as well as give you the compression specs .NO, you can't seal it, it would need to be replaced.
