Hello my name is***** am an ASE Master Technician and I am glad to help you out with your question.

Check the main ground from the battery. Are the battery cables tight any corrosion? Try cleaning the main ground and reinstalling. Check the main power cable that goes to the main fuse box. Sounds like you have a poor connection somewhere. Make sure all connectors are fully plugged in, especially around the area that was repaired.

Check all fuses. Do you have a test light?

Wiggle the harness near the main fuse box and ecm, try to duplicate the problem.
