Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are quite a few things that can cause the engine to die and not restart and some testing will be required to determine exactly what is going on. You could just be losing fuel pressure due to a failing pump, spark due to a failing can or crank sensor, there may be a wiring issue or the engine controller itself could be failing.

The first step in diagnosing the problem would be to use a code reader or scan tool to see if any fault codes are setting. Has this been done?

Have you checked fuel pressure or checked to see if the pump runs at the time it won't start?
