I am trying to check/change the relay on my 2002 Montero

Customer Question

I am trying to check/change the relay on my 2002 Montero sport. Looking at your diagram and my vehicle I found the screw post where the relay should be (next to the abs relay) but there is nothing there. Is there an alternative location for that part. The post doesn't look as if it has ever had anything attached to it.

Hi Im David, thanks for using the site. are you looking for the horn relay or horn fuse?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
The horn relay. The fuse is in the fuse box under the dash. It blew out when I tried to re-attach the horn. One of my daughter's friends unplugged the horn because the horn started honking steadily and would not shut off.
