Hi there.

I see that you've posted there is no ground from the ECU when the engine is cranking. That usually happens when the circuit is open or the driver inside the ECU is burnt. Check driver/ground circuit resistance from the coil to the power transistor and from there to the ECU. If circuit resistance is less than 5 Ohms, then the problem is a burnt driver inside the ECU.

To prevent the new ECU from getting damaged, make sure to replace the ignition coil.
