Do you have 12V and 5V at the crank position sensor connector while unplugged with the key on?

Are you using genuine Mitsubishi sensors or aftermarket (including ones from places like OReilly that claim they are genuine)? This is important as these vehicles do not get along with aftermarket hall sensors.
