I have a 2009 lancer ES and when I am driving between 50-60

Customer Question

I have a 2009 lancer ES and when I am driving between 50-60 mph and I press down on the gas pedal and I get a slight jolt then it goes back to normal. This only happens at that speed and its a CVT transmission, could it possibly be a transmission issue?

It certainly sounds CVT related.... Do you have the paddle shifters on your vehicle? If so, does it still do it when you are locked into a manual gear?
