I cleaned battery terminal with elec. cleaner now I have no speedometer ? abs, engine seat belt and break lights on in cluster!

The only likely scenario here would be that there was a current spike during the cleaning process, rare as that might be.
You will want to go over all of the fuses to make sure none are blown, as it is likely one or more might have popped.
If all fuses are intact, you will need to get it to a Mitsubishi or a Chrysler dealership to check your fault codes and inputs for operation, etc.
