Just got back in my parked Outlander and the ignition is locked. Can't turn it with or without key. Can't turn steering wheel or start car. Help!

It is nearly certain here that you have got the steering wheel locked and just really tight against the lock.
Grab the wheel and pull either direction.... one side should budge just slightly, the other side it should be hard/immobile. Pull repeatedly in the direction that moves slightly while attempting to cycle the key, doing both motions simultaneously, and it should free the lock.
