Was going to replace the power antenna on my daughters 1998

was going to replace the power antenna on my daughters 1998 mitsubishi diamante. the original had the plug and the new one did not. i know how to hook up the new one so i was cutting the plug off and got a spark. fogot to disconnect battery.disconnected and then reconnected and then no power to the wiring in back according to my meter. cannot find a blown fuse and the power locks are also not working even though i think i know how to fix that

Please take a look at fuses 11 (15A) and 12 (10A) in the following locations:

Are either fuse blown? Be sure you have your cut wires taped up in the interim.
