Considering the excess fuel smell and the O2 range fault, are you able to check your timing belt to make sure it is not skipped a tooth?
Can you check for vacuum leaks (spray around the intake area with brake cleaner or propane while idling to see if it draws in the extra fuel)?

I will try that to test vacuum, but now the service engine light is on and seems like idling at lower rpm

Lets do the checks for vacuum leaks, and if possible the timing belt inspection.

If you are able to drive it, getting the engine light scanned (most auto parts stores will do this for free) may be incredibly beneficial too of course. Just be sure to get the code numbers exactly (not a description, we just want the code numbers which will be in a P#### *****) and don't let them sell you anything :)
