Please pull the drivers door panel off and access the back of the master window switch.
With the key on, connect a meter between pins 3 (red wire with white stripe) and 11 (green wire with white stripe).
In this state, push down on the passenger front window switch on the drivers door and watch the voltage reading, then pull up and watch the voltage reading. Do you see (roughly) 12V and -12V when operating the switch?
