I want to make sure I understand. I am aware of the Marine Corps ability to "screen" applicants for such positions as DI...and I agree, legally the Marine Corps can refuse to grant application based on pending divorce.
But what is the specific question about this? Are you asking if he can refuse orders, based on his pending divorce?
