I'm embarrassed to say but my husband is having an affair
I'm embarrassed to say but my husband is having an affair with another soldier. He started seeing her in 2019, we discussed it and he stated that they were friends but that he and her both agreed to stay away from each other. Fast forward, I found out they are still seeing each other. I know they are more than friends. He says he's doing what makes him happy and he hasn't felt anything for me in over a year. He also does not provide much support. He only sends $400 a month home. If he no longer wants me I'm ok with that, I just need to know my next steps to let him be and be ok. … read more

Is the advice I ask for free? In 2011 my husband was
In 2011 my husband was discharged from Navy Boot Camp with an RE8 Code and Separation Code JDA. He was only at bootcamp for 21 days. He went into bootcamp with the paygrade E1. The reason for his separation is that he had gotten sick at bootcamp and was sent to have it checked out. His medical records were then pulled up showing back when he was 12-13 he was (for a few days) sent to a psychiatric hospital where he was not diagnosed with anything. His recruiter told him he didnt have to worry about disclosing this information despite mentioning it to his recruiter before he shipped off. Now being 8 years later, he wants so badly to re-enlist or if this doesnt work out try to become a police officer. Can he re-enlist into the Navy or another military branch? He thought about the Air Force. Because of the codes would he not be able to become a police officer? Because he did not serve 180 days is this considered prior service and would this make any difference? … read more
