I am stateside and have been separated since june of 2006, I have done private contracting overseas for many yrs after active duty, currently hold a USCG Captains lic as well,. I am lookin into buying a house and also using post 9/11 GI bill but was informed that general under honorable conditions will not work to receive such things.
