I am filling out a COMSCINST 5530.C 31AUG04 section 2.3.2. Qualification to possess fire arms or ammunition. Question (6) it shall be unlawful for any person if; has seen discharged from the armed forces under dishonorable conditions. The person filling out the paper received a bad conduct discharge 90 days hard labor and reduction to E-1 through a special court martial. So what is the definition of dishonorable conditions?
