Customer Question

Sir/Mama I have a friend who was active duty army and broke his back while training for deployment. they patched him up and medically discharged him on 8/15/98. He receives about 10% from the VA, but still has serious problems. How can I steer him in the right directions, because I know he should be getting more benefits and help. I'm retired Air Force, and he is still a young man suffering, can you help us?

I am sorry for this dilemma. But not sure I understand your specific question. That is, I am a VSO (veterans services office) I understand VA benefits...but I do not understand your specific question. Would it help, perhaps, to talk on the phone about this? I can make that available for a nominal additional fee ($5)
