I am a civilian landlord who has had two military families

Customer Question

I am a civilian landlord who has had two military families skip out of my rentals over the past 3 years with no warning, contrary to their rental agreements. Three weeks ago the current military family left suddenly, leaving an extremely damaged, garbage filled, roach infested home. I have spent approximately $3,000.00 to date to have the carpeting, broken appliances and garbage from inside and outside the property removed. Two dumpsters were required to remove all the debris.
I need help locating this tenant to recoup my losses. It will take me months to repair the damage left by these people. What resources do I have?
Thank you,

I am truly sorry for this dilemma but not certain I understand your specific question. What do you mean by what resources do you have? Are you asking about the possibility of hiring a private investigator?
