Customer Question

I was recv. SPB from my late husband, ret. AF officer, DOD 2/06/2002. At age 65, I remarried. I put in an AGent Orange claim in 2002, and was awarded it Aug. 19, 2014. I recd
my first DIC in June, 2014, and my SPB was offset. I called and explained I was a Sharp widow, but DFAS hasn't responding. Please advise if indeed, I qualified as
Sharp widow, and what steps do I take now?
