I have a 100% disability rating... My initial, varifiable stressor

Customer Question

I have a 100% disability rating... My initial, varifiable stressor was 12/25/1969, another in12/1970 and another in 1/1975... I was told, by a VA Doctor, that there was no time limit for recovery on PTSD... Is that so? If so, is there an atorney on staff, who is capable of obtaining this?

Hi, My name is Philip. I am an attorney with over 16 years experience. Hopefully I can help you with your legal question.
I have a good bit of experience filing VA claims. But not sure I understand your question. You mention "formal appeal"...are you talking about Form 9?
Would it help to talk on the phone about this?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes... Form 9. Can you go back to 12/25/1969?
Expert:  P. Simmons replied 2 years ago.
Sorry...what does that mean
Can you go back to 12/25/1969?
Are you asking if you can get back pay from 69?
