The female soldier is married and has slept with another man and has just recently had a child. The guy whom she slept with isnt her husband nor is he a soldier just a civilian. She refuses to get a dna test because of the fear that she will be dishonorable discharge once the results reveal the paternity of the child and her adultery. The command assumes the child belongs to the civilian but refuses to get a dna to exclude him if he isnt. At the hospital they automatically assumed the soldier's husband as the father since the soldier is married but he may not be due to her have relations with the civilian and her husband around the time of conception. Can she be recieve dishonorable discharge?
