VerifiedIt would be better too review the Excel file directly as the strange object will be touchable or accessible that way.
But, as per why it shown in the screenshot, it should be drawing object linked with a cell or "floating" at the area. When you see this again, just press Delete key on keyboard, then it should be removed. Please let me know if anything else is changed in the Excel sheet.
