I WAS ABLE TO GET EVERYTHING DONE YESTERDAY, I CALLED MICROSOFT DIRECTLY AND THE TECH WAS ABLE TO GET INTO MY COMPUTER AND GET IT SETUP. THANK YOU FOR RESPONDING, HAVE A GREAT MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!
