Technician's Assistant: What application are you using?

Account notice we've run into a problem with your Office 365 subscription and we need you to hgelp fix it. Pressed the reactivate button yesterday went through all the steps and its back today.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

Frankly I don't know.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Microsoft Office Expert to know before I connect you?
