Recently purchased and installed Office 365 on this laptop. Am trying to open Outlook and am getting the following message:

Technician's Assistant: Is your Outlook file saved to cloud storage services like Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive?

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. Microsoft Exchange is currently busy. If this message is still displayed in 30 minutes contact your Exchange administrator.
