My Hotmail / Outlook...

My Hotmail / Outlook account has on multiple occassions in the past weeks / months, abitrarily taken my entire inbox and moved it to the delete box.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update Outlook?

I continually try to do MS updates

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Outlook?

Only to recover the mails and move back to inbox but Im about to give up on MS altogether
