I reinstalled Office 365 apps and cannot get the product to activate

Technician's Assistant: What application are you using?

Outlook

Technician's Assistant: Have you updated Outlook recently?

Yes. I am having trouble with act and outlook integration. So I uninstalled act and repaired the office application. I have tried to sign in multiple times. On the account page it says I am logged in

My outlook says it is not activated. I am trying to sign in with word now and it says we re getting office ready for you. Using 365
