I'm trying to repair a 365 application. Every time I try and get to the 365 Portal, I am dumped into my email which I do not have a problem with. My issue is with the other Office products. I have tried different browsers, after clearing cache, also tried private browsers. So far no luck.

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Both.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

No/

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I have no issues with email. It is getting access to the other office products.

Dont forget you can access all the office products by NOT going thru the portal.

All that is, is an ease of access button if you will.

Most people put the individual programs on the desktop or pin them to the taskbar for instant access
