I purchased Microsoft Office from Best Buy about two months ago and when I got time to access and load it I have misplaced my 'key'. How can I get me key from Microsoft?

  2. If yes, is that the "key" that is now missing? Please check the package that Best Buy gave you when you bought it since if you bought the Key Card, that only you has it and it cannot be replaced.
