The message comes up the my Outlook account settings are out-of-date. Can you please help me to correct this problem.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update Outlook?

I don't think I ever have

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Outlook?

In my email it I've tried fixing it, but a message eventually comes up - operation returned because timeout period has expired
