I am having awful and continuing problems with Outlook/Office 365. I have tried to have it fixed multiple times. I keep getting a popup message - constantly - that I need to choose a default email provider. But one is chosen - Outlook. Geek Squad can't fix it. They say I need to ask you to change the registry. I can't loose my emails - can yoiu fix it?

Technician's Assistant: Is your Outlook file saved to cloud storage services like Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive?

No. But I have an HP backup. I can check to see if it is saved there I guess. I've been at this 5 hours so far today. Can you make it any more complicated and time consuming?
